hello everybody looking in to a mobile sandwich bussiness and will be preparing most of the food at home. I have a 6 seater kia sedona and im wanting to convert it. I already have the hostess electric pans to keep the food hot wants its cooked. I have got a mini fridge for cold sandwiches etc and this is all the electric im using on the van. I have ordered a converter to plug into the cigerette lighter of which the fridge and food warmers can plug into. The car is a three litre with a big battery. Could this handle two food warmers and a mini fridge. I know i have to do my health and hygeine course and the other paper work i have to do. Also im wanting to serve the food around the streets between 5 and seven 5 days a week. Do i need a different type of licence for this rather than serving in one place. Could someone please help as we are really struggling for money. Ive wanted to do this for years and would like to do it right. Also i heard you dont need a liscence after 5 on an evening. Thank you.
